Thought you might enjoy this photo. It was taken right after Morgan crossed the finish line in Athens for her victory after 9 years of trying. Hope the sign is an omen!

Here Morgan and Jacob look down the intimidating hill. It looks smaller when your brothers and sisters are racing.

They were just kidding the in the other photo. Morgan and Jacob have been here many times and are not intimidated by the hill.

Here are the Fesmires in front of the Athens banner trackside. In case you can't read the bottom line it says Ohio State Football = Drives fast illegally......TN Soap Box Derby = Drives fast legally. FYI we were told our Ohio visas expire on Sunday.

Finally here is Morgan trackside underneath the TN state flag. A flag from every state and country represented flies. We donated the TN flag a few years ago when we reintroduced TN racing to the Derby.

Tomorrow the champs will receive a police escort into Akron and will be introduced to the world. Thanks to M&M Mars, Athens Federal, Athens Regional Medical Center and the City of Athens for giving items from Athens to throw to the crowd!
