Everyone made it to Akron on Sunday! Hamilton and Michael will arrive later in the week. Here the Turners and the Vincents and the rest of their entourage pose in front of the welcome to Akron sign in the motel lobby. Now you know what people look like after hours and hours and hours in the car.

You would think Cass was experienced at this having been our 2009 stock car champion however boys will be boys. I think Cass actually had his eye on the German race team that was checking into the motel. Cass and Autumn are posing in front of a freestyle soap box derby car made like a Hummer. Fred Burke this one would actually fit in your garage.

Tomorrow the champs will receive a police escort into Akron and will be introduced to the world. Thanks to everyone who gave them items from Athens to throw to the crowd!
